Is it possible to get the Seder posted on the home page with our events? I’d love to see seekers pick that up when they do a search for Seder tickets 🙂

    Greetings in Jesus name,

We are blessed by your ministry. We have been visiting your website for the last few months and it has been of great blessing to us as a young ministry in Kenya Africa.

My wife and I are called into full time ministry here in Kenya, we are pasturing young church called Nakuru Miracle church and overseeing nine sister churches which are doing well under the grace of God. Your ministry has been of great help in providing helpful Christian materials to the body of Christ. We have felt a great impact in transforming our ministry whenever we go through the article and the information on your website. We have been using it as teaching tool in our pastor’s seminars, in every three months we do have a seminar for the dear pastors that we are working together and this website has been of great help in doing these seminars.

We feel in our heart to invite you over to come over and minister to our churches and help us in equipping our pastors for the work of the Lord, we are sincerely praying for you everyday.

    God bless you and please.

I would like to know what is the services for Rosh Hashanah for 2009?

  7. mark.rantz says:

Lets talk about the Havurah page this coming Shabbat, also the last sermon posted was on 7/25. Just wondering when it might be up to date?

P.S. Given that we have Havurah this week, if you want to direct me prior to Friday about the Havurah page – I post something prior to Friday evening!

    • rremigio says:

I added a blank Escondido Havurah page and made you the author. You should be able to edit and post entries to it. Let me know if you can’t. Worst case; email me the text and I’ll post for you till we can fix it. OK?
btw, it will always be a week or two in arrears unless we can post it straight from the sound board.

    From Mark Rantz:
(Rabbinical Intern, Board Member, Shamish and Escondido Havurah Leader)

Just a quick note to let everyone know that soon we will be adding a web page (blog) with specific interest to the Escondido Havurah, which meets at my home on the 2nd and 4th Erv Shabbat’s of every month at 6:30 PM. In it we will provide meeting announcements, devotionals and study guides for our Torah lesson studies and general teaching on Messianic themes.

The purpose of this is three fold. (1.) to provide a greater resource for KA congregants in North County, and namely those who attend the Havurah, (2.) as an outreach to others outside the Shul and (3.) as a motivation to other Havurah leaders to do the same.

I will be collaborating with Rome Remegio on what steps to accomplish this task within the near future.

If anyone is interested in attending/visiting the Havurah – please feel free to contact me through the Synagogue.

Stay Posted for future updates ….

  9. Shalom!

My name is Ayelet, I am a Jewish believer in Jesus (Yeshua) and residing in Virginia, USA.

I was born and raised in Israel and have become a believer in Yeshua on 05/01/2008.
I was Baptized in August 2008 and I am now a “Completed Jew”!

God has blessed me with an evangelistic heart, a creative mind and some great technical skills.
HE directed me to utilize my skills with my native language, Hebrew, and to create a beautiful line of products featured on my new website: The WORD in HEBREW (

I believe that these products will be both attractive and useful for you and your congregation.

I offer quality products, individual/quantity/wholesale prices, FREE shipping on wholesale orders over $150.00 and of course, excellent customer service.

Please take a moment to review my website and feel free to contact me if you have any questions, requests or suggestions. I would love to hear from you!

Once you have reviewed my site, if you feel inspired, I would just ask that you help me spread the WORD of GOD and support my new business by forwarding this email to your congregation and anyone else you think might benefit from it. Also, if you would like to exchange links, just go to the “Links” page on my site.

    Thank you and God Bless,
    Ayelet Dawn Evans

  10. Victoria Rodriguez says:

    Dear Brother R. Rome:
As far as I understand, you are the professional designer of the KA wonderful web page. The least we all can say is THANK YOU! Congratulations you for your industrious job, that for me, is a piece of art.
Thanks to it, we can have easy and free access to sermons, pictures of the youth now in Israel, messages that allow us to be continuously updated, etc…
Now anybody in or outside SD could listen to the “weekly messages”. I will recommend the site to my family and acquaintances far away. Thanks to you we have another way to spread the word of our Great God. That is marvelous isn’t it?
May our Lord bless you and bless all of your loved ones abundantly.

  11. Lily Rees says:

I thought I would begin a discussion by posing a question… What did YOU think of last shabbat and having German believers standing with Jewish believers and asking for forgiveness? Okay, maybe two questions… And, what do you think of them talking about breaking the silence and exposing a darkness that started in the church ever since it was first disconnected from its Jewish roots, something that keeps it from standing fully as one with Israel?

  12. Barb Pacheco says:

Could you add to the Calendar the upcoming Sisterhood Meeting on Women’s Health–Saturday, June 13; 1:30-3:00 upstairs in the Yeshiva Room? All women are welcome!

  13. Laurie Herlickman says:

Beautiful, Thank you for all your hard work.

  14. JohnD says:

    Great new site!

Other than that, I have no comment. 8^)

  15. Tishri1 says:

Hey It’s Debi…(KA Dance) Love this, its sooooo cool!!! If you ever add a forum, I can Moderate it:) I have years of experience over at Christian Forums. I am soooo happy for us to have a beautiful place like this to visit, Baruch HaShem:)

  16. Rene Wallace says:

Thank you Rome and Noah for the amazing feat – yes a work in progress but amazing no less. A milion thanks I wanted to jump up and down (ok I kind of did actually) in services today when I saw it.

Mazel Tov on this BEAUTIFUL Web Site.

    A few notes:
    1. Add a CONTACT tab above with service times and the phone number etc. (previous note from user above)
    2. Maybe increase text size (or offer a tool) for us older folks 🙂
    3. Later down the road maybe add more info on the event list for example, What is “Shabbat at the Shores”? What can I expect there? How do I find you once there?

    Thanks again!!!

  17. Tami says:

My husband and I were hoping to come visit your synagogue in the next couple of weeks. While I likely missed something, I cannot find anywhere on your new website WHAT TIME your service is or a PHONE NUMBER where I can contact someone to ask. Of course, I can search elsewhere on the internet for your phone number, but that seems like a “basic” bit of information and I hope you – and others who are considering joining you – will be blessed by my pointing it out. In the mean time, I’d appreciate someone e-mailing me with the above wanted information.
    Thank you!

    • rremigio says:

Thank you for pointing out the lack of some very obvious pieces of information. Hope this reply helps. Our worship services are at 10:30 am on Shabbat. You would have found that on our calendar page. You were right about the phone number which you will find below.

felicidades KA por la nueva pagina esta muy professional gracias RABI BARNEY!!

  19. Jami86e says:

there are a couple typos on the children’s education page:

    1) it says “matzvah,” instead of “matzah.”
    2) in the first sentence of the second paragraph it should say “kehilat ariel offers its own,” and not “kehilat ariel offers it’s own”

  20. Nagila Dance says:

Love the new look, the archived newsletters, sermons, and ability to listen to weekly messages. Awesome! So … can we upload videos too? Todah rabah!!

  21. Jami86e says:

will you please change the “college (age 18-25)” havurah to “hitlakdut (age 18-25)”?

also, is it possible for us to have our own page so we can post a link to our facebook group, as well as our promo video?

    • rremigio says:

Done on the change. Yes on the page. Send me what you want it to say or I can make you the author of the page. Your choice.

  22. rremigio says:

Wow! What a change. What took so long?
