TUES PRAYER MINYAN AND MESSIANIC JEWISH INSTITUTE—Join the Prayer Minyan at 6:30-7:00pm as we lift up the needs of Israel and our synagogue. Current class 7:00-8:30pm. “Great Jewish Thinkers” taught by Rabbi Elliot Klayman. $60 per student. Adults and older kids welcome to attend. Also available online by contacting our office.

MA NISHMA?—Free Beginning Hebrew Class taught by Rabbi Kasdan. This 5-week course will get you reading and speaking the holy language.  Shabbat, 1:30-2:45pm. All adults and kids encouraged to attend!

TU B’SHVAT HIKEBring the family as we celebrate this holiday of God’s creation. Meet at Mission Trails Regional Park, Sunday, January 20, 9am at the Visitor Center. It’s a 3.6 mile, easy roundtrip hike to the Padre Dam.

KA CONGREGATIONAL MEETING—Sat, Feb 9 at 1:15pm following Shabbat Service. We will receive various reports from the committees and approve our 2019 Budget. Make it a priority to attend. Youth hosted Oneg luncheon.

CAR OR VAN NEEDEDA KA member is in need of local transportation.  If you have a car you wish to donate, it would bless a brother and you get a tax deduction.  Call our office for details.

MJAA SOUTHWEST REGIONAL CONFERENCE—Friday-Sunday,Feb 15-17—at the Irvine Marriott in Irvine CA. Shabbat services, seminars by many outstanding teachers. Also, concert by Paul Wilbur.More information at discount ends January 21.
